Blu-ray Bonanza: Steelbook Edition–Tenet

Tenet is the featured product on this week’s Blu-ray Bonanza. I will be taking a look at this awesome steelbook!

I am starting several new weekly series, but this one may just be my favorite. This is Blu-ray Bonanza, where I will look at my favorite steelbooks and slipcovers from the movies that I own.

Featured this week is my favorite movie of 2020, Tenet. Tenet was directed by Christopher Nolan and starred John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, and Kenneth Branagh. Tenet was released on September 3, 2020 in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic, which ultimately resulted in a box office flop.

As you can see, there is some amazing artwork on display here. The front showcases the moment when Neil and the Protagonist had to bungee jump up a building. Typically, I don’t like seeing the movie title on steelbooks; however, they lined it up with the edge of the building which actually looks pretty sweet! The back features the Protagonist, with an explosion in the background. The only downside with this steelbook is that it has all of the film’s credits on the back, which does slightly deteriorate the artwork. Nonetheless, I really appreciate the art that is showcased on this steelbook.

Inside/Disc Artwork

This BestBuy product features different artwork on each disc, along with artwork on the inside of the steelbook. They did a good job of picking a single theme and sticking with it in all of the artwork.

4 out of 5 on the scale of awesomeness.

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Thank you so much for reading this week’s edition of Blu-ray Bonanza, which featured Tenet. Come back next week for another piece of physical media that showcases some awesome artwork. Feel free to mention any titles that you believe deserve a spot on this catalogue as well.
